Terms of Service

By accessing or using Astrozent ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Astrozent uses artificial intelligence, including the Astra AI agent, to generate astrological content. All outputs — horoscopes, kundli interpretations, compatibility scores, numerology readings, and any AI-generated text — are for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Astrozent does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological prediction. No content on this Platform constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not make life-altering decisions based solely on astrological guidance. For serious matters, consult a qualified professional.

Results may vary between sessions and between users with identical birth data due to the probabilistic nature of AI models.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide — including name, date of birth, and phone number — is accurate and belongs to you.

Astrozent operates on a prepaid wallet system. All amounts are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹). Credits are deducted in real-time for paid services. Wallet balances have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another user or withdrawn as cash unless expressly permitted by us.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance for recurring services.

Promotional credit is a gift, not money you have paid us. It includes the welcome bonus given to accounts created before 1 October 2026, and any credit we add to your wallet as a goodwill gesture. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

Promotional credit is valid for 30 days from the date you create your account. After that it may expire and be removed from your wallet balance. It is spent before money you have added yourself.

Promotional credit can be used toward a report. At least ₹49 of a report's price, or the whole price if it is lower, is paid from money you have added yourself.

Accounts created from 1 October 2026 get a first top-up bonus instead of a welcome bonus. The first time you add ₹99 or more to your wallet, we add a bonus of ₹100, or the usual recharge bonus for that amount, if it is larger. It is given once per account, and not to an account that has already received a welcome bonus.

Money you add to your wallet yourself never expires and is never affected by this clause. Neither is credit you have earned rather than been given: a recharge bonus (including the bonus on your first top-up), a referral reward, a remedy-journey reward, or a refund we owed you. Those do not expire.

We will never expire promotional credit without telling you first. The expiry date is shown in your wallet. Before anything is removed we deliver a notice to your account inside the app, and by email if you have given us one. Promotional credit is removed no earlier than 14 days after that notice is delivered, and never before the 30 days have passed. The 14 days count from delivery, whether or not you have opened the app.

If you believe promotional credit expired in error, write to support@astrozent.com and we will look into it and restore anything removed in error.

Live sessions with astrologers on the Platform are provided by independent practitioners. Astrozent acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not responsible for the content of advice given by individual astrologers. Session charges begin from the moment the astrologer accepts your call and end when the session is terminated by either party.

You agree not to: misuse the Platform for spam or harassment; attempt to reverse-engineer any AI model or scrape content at scale; impersonate another user or astrologer; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

All content on the Platform — including AI-generated reports purchased by you — is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell or republish reports without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrozent's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage resolution through our support team at support@astrozent.com before initiating formal proceedings.

Consumers may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the relevant State Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
