Wallet & Payments

I topped up my wallet but the balance did not credit.

Payments take up to 5 minutes to reflect. If balance is not credited after 10 minutes, raise a support request with your transaction ID.

More money was deducted from my wallet than expected.

Each Astra session deducts per message. Check your session history in the app. If the deduction looks incorrect, contact support.

Session & Astrologer

Session did not start but money was deducted.

If you were billed without receiving a service, you are entitled to a refund. Raise a support request and we will resolve it within 3 business days.

The Jyotishi went offline mid-session.

Unused balance is not charged after a session ends. If you were charged unfairly, raise a support request.

Login & OTP

I did not receive the OTP.

Check your SMS and WhatsApp. Wait 60 seconds and retry. If still not received, contact support.

I cannot log in.

Try clearing your browser cache or opening in an incognito window. If the problem persists, contact support.

Kundli / Chart

My birth place is incorrect.

Go to Profile → Edit to update your birth details. Your chart will recalculate automatically.

My zodiac sign looks wrong in the Kundli.

Vedic astrology uses the Lahiri ayanamsa, which differs from Western sun signs. If your birth data is correct and the result still looks wrong, contact support.

Astra (AI)

Astra gave an incorrect answer.

Tap 👎 under the message to flag it. Our team reviews flagged responses every week.

Astra is stuck / not responding.

Refresh the page and try again. If the problem continues, raise a support request.

Refund

How do I request a refund?

Use the Contact Support form below, select "Refund", and describe the issue. We process refunds within 3 business days.

Account & Data

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@astrozent.com from your registered email — or use the Contact Support form below — with the subject "Delete my account". After verifying the request against your registered mobile number, we permanently delete your account, birth details, charts, chat history and reports within 7 days. Any remaining wallet balance is settled under our refund policy before deletion.

Can I delete just my AI chat history?

Yes — in the app open Profile → "Delete my Astra conversation data". This removes all your Astra chats instantly and cannot be undone.
